Rejuvenating Hot Matcha Green Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder

  • 3 ounces hot water

  • Half and Half or Milk of choice

  • Sweetener (optional)

Instructions

Mix hot water with the Matcha green tea powder. Whisk in a zigzag motion. Add the half and half or milk of choice and a sweetener. Adjust to taste and enjoy.

Energizing Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 12 oz milk of choice

  • 2 teaspoons Matcha tea powder

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Syrup, honey or a sweetener of choice

  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Pour into a cup of ice and Enjoy!

Refreshing Matcha Icepops for Children

Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free,
Soy-free, and Nut-free Matcha Icepops

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla, unsweetened non-dairy milk

  • 2 teaspoons Matcha green powder

  • 1 ripe chopped avocado

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray or a popsicle mold. Add a popsicle stick. Freeze overnight and Enjoy.

Vanilla Matcha Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons Matcha green tea powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or 1/8 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Adjust the sweetener or use alternative ingredients to taste.
