Rejuvenating Hot Matcha Green Tea Latte


  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Preferred Matcha green tea powder

  • 3 ounces hot water

  • Creamer of choice

  • Sweetener (optional)


Mix hot water with the Matcha green tea powder. Whisk in a zigzag motion. Add the creamer of choice and a sweetener. Adjust to taste and enjoy!


Sweetener alternatives to suit your taste: Honey, maple syrup, blackstrap molasses, coconut sugar, agave, brown rice syrup, stevia, date sugar, or fruit.

Milk alternatives to suit your taste: Grass-fed milk, lactose-free milk, almond, rice, coconut, soy, cashew, hemp, or pea.

Energizing Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte


  • 12 oz of milk of choice

  • 2 teaspoons of Matcha green tea powder

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla syrup, honey or a sweetener of choice

  • 1 cup of ice


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Pour into a cup of ice and enjoy!

Vanilla Matcha Protein Smoothie



  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons of Preferred Matcha green tea powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cups of ice

  • 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract or 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla bean powder


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Adjust the sweetener or use alternative ingredients to taste and enjoy!


Refreshing Matcha Ice Pops for Children

Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free,
Soy-free, & Nut-free Matcha Ice Pops


  • 1 teaspoon of Preferred Matcha green tea powder

  • 3 organic strawberries or a handful of blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk

  •  A Dash of hot water 


  1. Cut the strawberries into bite sized pieces and place them or the blueberries in the bottom of the popsicle mold or in an ice cube tray.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of Preferred Matcha Tea and a dash of water to a bowl.

  3. Add a teaspoon of honey.

  4. Whisk it up.

  5. Pour the liquid mixture into an ice cube tray or a popsicle mold.

  6. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

  7. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
